How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Specialahead Mold Help should get a fair and honest experience. If yours fell short, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Handle

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Specialahead Mold Help
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Know the limits, though: Specialahead Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or decide anything on a provider's behalf.

Filing a Complaint

Email contact@specialahead.world and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened, and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
